LG Electric Combo All In One Combination Washer Dryer

We retired, moved, and left our old washer and dryer with the home we sold. After some addition construction in our north woods weekend home turned permanent home, we turned a small bedroom into a laundry area and half bath so decided to go with a stackable washer and dryer as the laundry space was limited. We did our research and decided on the the LG WKEX300HBA and am really happy we did. We absolutely love our new unit. The instructions and display are easy to follow, has a wide variety of features to use, and is really quiet. Above all, it cleans and dries wonderfully. Our contractor tried it out when he had it installed and even he and his workers were impressed with the looks of it and the ease of use. And now, even my husband is helping with the laundry. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a stackable laundry center. Thank you LG for a top-notch product!

First of all, let's start with looks. This unit is slick looking. I love the black color we got. We had someone in our home delivering furniture and he peaked in our bathroom on the way by and stopped in his tracks. He wanted to check it out and chat about it. Next is functionality. This is just a clever design! We had side by side front loading units before and wanted to stack to save space, but the problem with doing that with normal front loading units is the dryer controls are on the top front of the unit which 6 feet high. My wife is 5'2" which makes this problematic. Having the controls in the center make this a game changer. As well, the looks of an all in one unit that is actually full size (we got the 5.0 size) is awesome! The unit works awesome. Washing machine and dryer work wonderfully.

I have been wanting this washer/dryer for so long and was recently able to purchase it and I LOVE it. It washes and drys so quickly. The Tower even has WiFi that informs me when the laundry is finished and allows me to control certain features. It gives me so much more space in my laundry room that my husband was able to build storage closets. Would definitely recommend this product.

After having our machine for over 1 month and using it regularly, I can say that I truly enjoy washing clothes in it. I love all the settings, the fact that you can operate the machine via the app, the special songs it can play to alert you when a load is finished, but my most favorite thing about it is the EZ dispense feature. I absolutely love that I do not have to manually dispense detergent and softener with each and every load. Now I just need to figure out how my machine could automatically fold my clothes for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WKEX300HBA has turned out to be a fantastic appliance. It works exactly as advertised. You don't think that you have a reason for so many different settings until you have them! Having the laundry center detergent reservoir was another thing I didn't know I wanted until I had it. We have had no issues with it and it has worked flawlessly. Make sure you measure for the power cord and place in your room for the left swinging doors. We love LG products in general and this is another winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd LG Washtower so I knew what I was getting into... my laundry room has both a 220 electrical hook-up and a gas line hook-up, so I decided after buying the electric version of the LG Studio Washtower, that I would get it a gas version to keep it company, so they both sit side-by-side and my laundry room looks like a small laundry mat! Both the electric version and the gas version are super-quiet. The main thing I noticed between the two is how much faster the gas dryer dries clothes...gas does get a lot hotter. The nice thing about owning two of these (as I'm sure some will wonder why) is that my laundry gets washed in half the time...with two loads going at the same time...I'm not sitting around waiting for one to finish washing so I can start another load...I now can start two loads at the same time and when they are done I can start two more, knocking out four loads of laundry in half the time, freeing up all the rest of my day to do the things I really enjoy doing!

I unexpectedly had to buy a new washer and dryer to replace my old LG ones when I discovered the dryer hookup at my new place was electric and not gas. The price tag was hard to swallow, but so far I'm absolutely in love with this wash tower. The features are so advanced, and it's doing an amazing job of washing and drying my clothes. My old LG washer and dryer were still going strong after eight years, so my fingers are crossed that the longevity is just as good with this wash tower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too many choices! It will be months before I try them all. The dryer is at the perfect height to load/unload. It runs fairly quietly. For it's large capacity, it doesn't take much floor space. Looks very sharp.

I bought this a couple of months ago and it is almost fun to do laundry. It has taken awhile to learn all the varied functions and different wash/dry cycles - still experimenting with them. I love the large bin for both washing and drying larger loads. I had to go online and look up several videos on operating and hints on using. The manual that comes with it is pretty good and I'm glad to have a physical book and not just an online manual, when I want to look up something quickly. And it is a very nice looking appliance, also!

Bought this several months ago. Since the first week the dryer has been inconsistent with amount of heat it generates, and kicks the 'gas" code periodically. Replaced the gas hose & valve and exhaust tube. Even had a tech come out too no avail. Problems still occur.
