Exact replacement needed to revitalize my phone

Ultron runs on batteries May 14, 2018

One thing I've learned over the years is that third party batteries cost more over time and headache. I have an LG phone so, logically, the best place to nab a replacement is from them. It is wonderful to purchase the part I need instead of having to buy an entirely new phone (many cell phones wont let you swap out batteries). My old battery was from 2014 and was (quite understandably) beginning to die out on me. One thing I'd suggest to you fine folks at LG would be an app that keeps charging history and when it drops below a certain efficiency notify the user. No guesswork, just honest truth. Thanks again! Totally recommend

MundoTao September 24, 2017

I started playing Pokemon go again this past summer vacation and I got tired of hauling around bulky power banks. The new battery works great and it's much better and faster to just switch batteries. I bought the battery and charging cradle which I recommend doing so you can charge both batteries at the same time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Buy orignial, you will not regret

Kidz October 4, 2017

My phone battery was dying within a day and I realized I should buy a new battery instead of replacing my phone. I looked for some look alike, OEM costing 30-40% cheaper but I decided to buy from LG itself to be assured of branded original battery. The battery is giving me over a day life now. I've used it over 6 months now and do not see the drop in battery performance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great Performance

Man2lake September 24, 2017

I bought a new battery with the stand alone charger and it's just great to have a fully charged battery on hand all the time. Now both batteries seem to perform better and keep their charge longer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Definite Improvement

R M O February 19, 2018

This was definitely an improvement over the battery it replaced and I think worth the expense. Still, I expected battery life similar to when my phone was new and it's not quite that good. I'm pleased to be able to get through most days without having to top it off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very happy.

I was hesitant to spend the money on an actual LG branded battery but I am glad I did. No problems what so ever. Works great in my LG G3 and back to full charging. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

didn't last long

staatsof November 15, 2018

I bought this because my original for my G3 phone was not lasting as long as it used to. But it certainly did better for longer than this OEM replacement This one stopped lasting long enough after about 9 months. So I finally looked at the production date about a month ago and I bought this on 5/3/2017. Production date is 10/20/2016. So I got old stock. They don't even last 18 months now.

Didn't last

rdy105 September 11, 2017

I bought a replacement battery in December to extend the life of my G3, which I love. Less than 9 months later, it barely holds a charge. I've purchased non-OEM batteries for my G3, too, which had a similar result, but I expected more from an OEM battery. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Battery no working

Chee November 20, 2022

Disappointed. When I opened the battery box, I immediately saw the battery bag has been cut open. The battery inside was not the one shown in the sale webpage. I charged that battery for several hours. It was a dead battery. I returned it right away at a near by Walmart store.
