LG - gram 17" Touch Screen Laptop - Copilot+ PC - Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2 with 32GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Obsidian Black

I am impressed with this laptop. It is very light weight, looks great and is surprisingly powerful. It has excellent battery life and I have been able to play Steam games like GTA V and even Flight Simulator 24 on medium graphics settings. It's a good option if you don't want to spend 5k on a Macbook Pro. 60hz refresh rate is a little disappointing but not the end of the world. Setting up Windows is like pulling teeth but doable.

Very light, capable laptop that performs excellently once set up. At purchase, the system used a new chip and platform. I initially encountered BIOS issues requiring a reset/reinstall, and laggy audio when streaming YouTube Music. Both were resolved through updates. An LG utility integrated with Microsoft OneDrive and attempted to download all cloud files locally to improve search. This was unwanted behavior and was removed, along with other preinstalled software that tried to reinstall itself. BIOS options are more limited than Dell's, and power settings could allow finer control. LG's support website is also confusing to navigate. After tailoring, the system is fast, stable, and impressively portable. I would recommend it to users who prioritize low weight and are comfortable doing some initial cleanup.

Upgrade from the old 2019 LG 17 Gram the new one. Love the dual thunderbolt 4 port compared to only one thunderbolt 3 port from the last model The new one is black!!

Wanted light weight with a large screen to replace a heavy gaming laptop (2021 vintage) as I was no longer playing games. The Gram fits like a glove. 1 kilo less weight and 2 inch larger screen, with a battery life measured in hours, not minutes... Perfect!

The speed and ease of use was great. The lightweight of the whole equipment was also a plus factor.

So light and powerdul, a delight to use. And the battry lasts and lasts, not like my old laptop. Glad I upgraded!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please never stop making these! Legit just got my second LG Gram, had one 4 years ago,has done me well travelling extensively. So bought this one AI one but 32gb ram, (no oled, but at least has better battery life that way and matte screen, is better for me). PROS - Still super light, love how ergonomic it is, makes me happy using it, came on here just to make this review because I 'enjoy' using the device, am writing on it now - Battery is the best in class, I sometimes do ~5hours a day, and I can take it away for a weekend and never charge it CONS - 4 years ago the case on the old one was flimsy and the hinge was bad, but this generation the hinge is WAY better, feels more sturdy, however that makes it about 1cm deeper All in all,I spent 2 years researching best laptop/power/battery/price, and it boils down to this is actually the best specs you can get for the price plus the form factor is exceptional, close second is macbook air 15, however has a glossy screen! and go on CPU benchmark, these chips are so close to the m4 now too. Anyway that's my 2 cents. (I'm in the UK so 2 penny).

I've been using it for about a week now and it is largely living up to my expectations, but not fully. I bought it to replace my 3 year old (still in good shape) HP Probook. Main reasons for the upgrade were: 1) more RAM, which I need because I tend to have many applications open at the same time with many windows/browser tabs; 2) weight (HP Pro is about twice the weight of the LG gram). I am a bit surprised (dissapointed) in finding that the performace of my new LG gram, with its 32GB of RAM and newer/faster processor is not noticeably better than what I get from the HP Probook with 16GB of RAM. I ascribe that to too many of the "experience improving" background apps. I switched off much of that stuff, which helped a bit, but not completely. I can't be bothered to spend more effort to improve it further. I can live with what I have.

was expecting a better screen, and better performance. I have the LG gram 16" from 2023, hardly notice any difference. screen is poor for such a new laptop
