I truly impressed with the sound quality and ease of connection. My daughter even connected them to her iPhone. There were definitely a great purchase. The battery life was ok, they lasted about 2 hrs which is about standard, for ear buds, I didn't tell any difference with the ambient sound feature, my daughter stated she thought it was difference. I guess it depends on what your listening pleasure is. I honestly tune everything out when I'm listening to music regardless...

I love these!! I needed wireless for workouts and the shape of the popular earbuds is not comfortable to me. And too expensive!! I haven't had these long- but they are exactly what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying out earbuds and I absolutely fell in love. No more wired headphones for me because I've found my new favorite. It's comfortable in my ears as if I'm not wearing anything. The sound is crisp and clear. I have no echo issues. Whenever I'm on my phone no one has complained about me not being clear. It's super lightweight and it works well without having to adjust every second. During exercise it stays in place securely. Sweating doesn't bother it at all. One of my favorite feature with these earbuds is that when I take one or both out my ears it automatically pauses my music and as soon as I pop them in again the music resumes. All without me touching my phone. How cool is that? When they are in my ear I like that I can tap once to pause or play and the double tap for volume settings. With a little tweak on the app I customized my settings. Quick charge and about 6 hours of battery life is a plus. For me the icing on top is how the case sanitizes the earbuds . This is a product I would recommend and also purchase for gifts

Lg redeemed themselves with these earbuds for me. After years of crap bluetooths that die and have horrible call quality; these are worth the money.

I did not know exactly how to rate these. idk what om doing wrong but for some reason when my phone rings and I tap the ear bud to answer it doesn't answer. I already tapped it up side to side I even went on you tube read the manuel. if anyone can help me I'd be really thankful if not return

I bought a NEW pair of LG Tone earbuds, received a pair of used refurbished. Contacted the company they only offered me a partial 10% refund for a mistake they made! Did not offer to send a new pair or my full amount back. Only 10% back!!

Sound is very good, but the touch-pads for functionality is very bad / intermittently functioning or not functioning. Have tolerated for two months. Enough.

Few days after the purchase and couple of charges The charging on the case started to smell and burn. After retrying again with different cable it won't charge anymore. Will be returning it!
