Phone is completely awesome, big screen, great camera. Very fast and the 5G is the best thing. Everything downloads in seconds.

Great phone. Easy to use. All the bells and whistles but very simple and straightforward. My first LG phone. Very happy with it!

I was coming from a V30, and this looked like a decent replacement. Flat screen, headphone jack, lots of storage, and a bigger screen. Once I got it, I found a couple of things that eventually killed it (for me): the LED screen goes gray, not black, when I'm watching videos in bed. There's no always on screen unless it's charging, and that screen only goes down to gray. I missed wireless charging. The fingerprint reader on the power button is GREAT but placed where I like to rest my thumb, too... and I keep hitting the Google assistant button thinking it is volume down. I sent it back and will pay more ($25 more every month!) for a V60. YMMV

Overall a great phone. I absolutely love all of the camera features. Although, in the few weeks I've had it, it has frozen 4 times so I've had to do a hard restart on it. Not a huge deal but a slight inconvenience.

I need to return this! I was never able to try it out! SIM card was not able to load and not able to use it!

I wanted a Verizon unlock cell phone and you guys gave me a AT%26T prepaid cell phone I cannot use the cell phone I want a refund

specification they mentioned Unlocked but this phone is not inlocked it is only for AT and T... Total time waste for waiting for this phone .Great disappointed...

The phone totally quit working after 4 days of having it. It wouldn't charge. Therefore we couldn't use any of the restart efforts we were told to try.

return info on walmart website said to return to store. tried to do that. store would NOT take it back. still no follow up with seller either. really upset!
