[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the double freezer section as you don't have too dig out everything to get what is on the bottom. The door in door is great for drinks and things that you get often. The light in the door is still something we are getting use too, but it is great at night. Only negative thing I can say about the unit is at night you cannot tell if your getting ice or water because the buttons are not lit.

But now having my LG ThinQ for over a month, I know I made the RIGHT Choice ! Love the small size of the ice cubes & the knock feature on the clear door. Knock twice on it & the light turns on to see what’s in your beverage area.

I originally was opposed to a water/ice maker on the door, but now glad we chose the model with that feature. Years ago the filter was on the bottom of the fridge and you had to remember how long it had been in use. Now, the water filter is easily accessible with an auto notification when to change. Love the double freezer door and keep the most frequently needed frozen items in the top. The knock knock door feature is great as well so you can keep milk, juices and condiments at quick reach and only have to open the auxilary knock knock door. Purchased the fridge when Home Depot had an amazing LG sale. Saved a bundle. Lastly, you may note upon delivery and installation that one of the doors is lower. There is a tool kit supplied to address this issue, but most importantly LG has a video that can be found on YouTube that guides you through the process of lowering and raising the doors.

Love the 4th door where you do not have to open up the entire refrigerator to get to your milk etc.. I love the way it lights up too. It looks beautiful in the kitchen and I have had a lot of compliments on the looks. I love that it is quiet too when making ice. You will not go wrong with this appliance. Now I am saving to replace my dishwasher and stove with LG next.

Have had the refrigerator for about a month. Love all the room and the two freezer drawers keep you very organized. The ice maker in the door instead of the refrigerator is very nice and seems to make more ice then I thought it would so that's a plus. How ever my last refrigerator had a duel ice maker (one on top and bottom) and I was told by the sales associate at Home Depot in Sioux City, IA that this one had a duel ice maker. When they delivered it, I was making sure it had a duel ice maker and was told NO, but it has a place for one, so I could PAY to have it added. Not happy about this because this was one of the MAIN reasons I choose this refrigerator. That being said everything else about the refrigerator is GREAT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for about a month and couldn't be more pleased. Family of 4. Very easy access to the things you use the most. Makes ice very quickly. Able to customize how cold you want freezer and fridge very easily. 2 freezer drawers make organizing simple. Teenage boys are in and out of this a lot, and it is very well made. Couldn't be more pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great refrigerator. Lots of freezer space. Great ice maker and water dispenser but my favorite feature is the door within the door. The stainless finish that doesn't show prints is great! The "knock knock" door is fun. This is a great product and I am very happy with it.

Love our refrigerator; however, as usual there is a code on the ice maker/water door: I F E. I talked to an agent and did what they told me to do. Still not working; and it is nearing Thanksgiving/Christmas. It also seems like the thermostat is off in temp as some drinks are freezing up in the refrigerator part. Otherwise........... it is beautiful and spacious

Just purchased this unit. The easy access from glass door is amazing! Lots of space. Have to open both doors to get at deli tray. Would be nice enhancement to have dual trays so you would only have to open one door to at a time to get to certain deli items.

The refrigerator is aesthetically pleasing. Some of the functionality of the unit leaves something to be desired. When the left side of the refrigerator is closed the right side will pop open, causing me to think that something was wrong with the unit. There is no second icemaker in the pull out freezers.
