Excellent

Jit Maity April 29, 2026

Best budget TV under 15K, I have already the same model this is my 2nd one .. Panel colours AI sound software 👌 are very good compared to other televisions available in market. Software was very smooth , yes there were minor lags but it's ok, in this price point. Overall I think there was no other television in this budget better than this.. In the other hand I must say service and support from LG , Excellent. Order experience from LG website, Delivery, Installation everything was so smooth . Keep it up 👍 👌

I ordered the TV on line, picked it up in the store within 2 hours, it was waiting for me when I got to the store and the female representative carried the TV outside and waited in the cold so I could go get the car and then put it in the car for me. I LOVE great customer service! Keep it up. I also tried to tip her and she would not take it. That says alot also!

LG Is A Proven Reliable Brand

Donna July 1, 2026

LG is a very reliable brand, regardless of the product in question, in my opinion. This new Smart TV replaced a 13 year old Toshiba which simply aged out. Because my second 32" non-Smart is also 13 years old and has been extremely reliable, I chose to stick with LG for the new purchase. Walmart pricing again proved to be unbeatable by several dollars and the same day delivery was most appreciated.

Wonderful Television

This was an early Black Friday purchase the Thursday night before. Delivery was good. Surprised at the quality of the television. The sound is also good. I recommend this television.

Overly complicated

Stevie w December 29, 2025

Very flimsy construction tv. Extremely light with no obvious Build quality. Set up like everything else these days is nigh on impossible for people of a certain age.. I'm pretty tech savvy and to me it seems overly complicated. For older folk you just want a TV you can turn on and change channels. This is not one of them and probably are just the same of most modern TVs. The remote is cheap and nasty with tiny buttons you can't make out unless your in a very well lit room. I've just set it up for my 72 Yr old sister and spent two hours trying to show her how to turn it on and find the live TV channels. In the end I told her just to press the inputs button and move to live channels. Everything else is well beyond her and I can't blame her.. CAN'T WE MAKE SOME DUMB TV'S for the older generation?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not very responsive, the remote is very soft and gummy so often misses the actual 'button'. The app chooses when it wants to connect (hit and miss) but its alot easier to use the remote via the app. It's great for the price but if budget allows, go for an alternative.

Buyer beware when it comes to LG. I purchased an LG 32 inch Smart TV from Walmart in December 2025. The TV was manufactured in September 2025, so it has not even been a year since it was made, and I have only owned it for about 4 months. The TV itself still works through the LG ThinQ app, but no physical remote will work with it anymore. I tested multiple LG remotes, including one that works perfectly on my other LG TV, and none of them will control this television. That points to the IR receiver sensor inside the TV, not the remote. What makes it even more frustrating is that LG told me the remote I have is not compatible with the TV. That makes no sense. If the remote was not compatible, it would not have worked from the beginning. It worked perfectly fine for 4 months, so this is clearly not a compatibility issue. I spent almost 3 hours dealing with LG's online chatbot and speaking with 3 different representatives. Instead of properly addressing what appears to be a failed IR receiver sensor inside the TV, they wanted to send me another remote, which is a waste of time and money because multiple remotes have already been tested. Then they told me I could send the TV back for repair, but since I no longer have the original box, I would have to pay around $60 or more just to package and ship it back. On top of that, I could be without the TV for 1 to 2 months while they repair a TV that is only a few months old. One representative told me they would contact Walmart and let them know LG was approving a replacement TV through Walmart. Instead, I was placed on hold and transferred to Walmart's automated customer service line, which did not resolve anything. Walmart's automated system only referenced the 30 day return window. I also purchased a 3 year protection plan through Walmart, but I was told I cannot use that plan until LG's 1 year manufacturer warranty expires, which basically means the 3 year warranty is really only useful after LG's warranty runs out. This should have been simple. A nearly new TV, still under manufacturer warranty, should either be repaired locally, replaced, or refunded without forcing the customer to waste hours on the phone, pay out of pocket for shipping, and go without a TV for possibly months. Very poor customer service experience from LG and misleading 3 yesr warranty through Walmart

I have confidence in LG products. This is the second that I've ordered within two weeks. The first arrived with a shattered screen, which will credit to the seller and their shipping partner.I created a return order for that to get a new model. The second, I will credit the manufacturer, LG. I plugged the TV in; the screen flashed blue, red and green. I did not find a solution online that worked to solve it. I spoke with a very pleasant LG CS by phone person who hadn't seen this problem before. I didn't have the time or patience to work with this person, given their experience. She did offer to schedule a technician to come to my home; a great offer that I wasn't expecting. I refused; it's easier to return the TV than match schedules with a techie. I'll schedule an exchange; my third (my last) attempt. Hopefully, three will be the charm.

Bad delivery service.

Kathryn March 26, 2026

my complaint is more about the delivery. It was delivered to the wrong house. my address is clearly marked. I don't know how they got that wrong. The same thing happened with another order today got delivered to the incorrect address. I had to go knocking on doors down my street the case.

I didn't receive the remote with TV, I returned it, got a refund and then days later my refund was reversed because the remote wasn't in the box when I sent it back. Had to speak to customer service and I'm still waiting for the reversal of my reversal on my refund. horrible
