[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy having the multiple cooking options: Bake - Convection - Air Fry. They allow me multiple options depending on the food I'm cooking. I also like having the various cooktop pot sizes on multiple burners

Love the multisize burners and how fast they heatup! Once you get used to the controls, it's easy to get the burners turned on to the right size. Oven heats uf fast and "m sure there is a reason but the inside of the over is a bluish/purple color. No broiler pan included and the under stove storage drawer is smaller than previous ovens we have had.

The oven looks nice. we had problem backing in the stove. The top get done while the bottom still not cooked. Just called service. Replace the board. first test today was good. we have to try it more before the final verdict.

Advertised as “easy clean.” For the oven this is true. For the cook top, cleaning this range is the absolute worst of any I have owned! The stainless steel top has a brushed finish which holds on to spills and spatters tenaciously. The grates are rough cast iron; there are three long grates which do mot fit easily in a sink, have multiple nooks and crannies which are difficult to clean, and the rough cast iron is just ridiculous. Do NOT buy this range unless you enjoy frustration - get a range with an enameled surface and enameled grates.

This range is only two years old and I started getting F9 error message, oven would not heat. Seems that the igniter is faulty as well as its ability to maintain heat once it gets there (panel reads 400 while oven thermometer reads 200). LG so far has not taken accountability for these faulty parts. I will be filing complaints with California Attorneys General and BBB. A range for this pricepoint should have better reliability and if the parts are faulty, then LG should do the right thing and replace gratis.

I bought this in October… by Thanks giving the temp in the oven goes up 200 degrees that I set it=burnt not a great Thanksgiving! Service came out to replace parts. That afternoon I tried to use the oven again it still goes up to 200 degrees more than I set it Kitchen gets very HOT! A fear of a fire Range top gets super hot that it burns my cabinets I fear for my life!

Do not buy this range!!!! The tolerances between the racks and oven walls are way too loose. A 20 lb turkey caused the rack to collapse while pulling the turkey out and and caused serious burns on the forearm. Poor and/or lazy engineering to build a range that collapses under a 20lb turkey. Buyer be ware!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the kbos on the range go in order: Lite - Hi-Med-Lo which means I have to start the burner on the highest setting/flame just to go to the lower setting. Also, the range sends a big yellow flame vefore Inhave to turn it on and it is a huge fire hazard.
