Great job cooling the living room!
Even though it came with a crack on one of the corners, no remote or no instructions, the AC itself does a great job cooling our living room!

Cheap Plastic
keeps nice and cool, dented on side, rattles all the time. We've tried 3verything to stop the rattle but nothing works. Tape, books up against it. ceramic figure. Nothing!!!

Received slightly damaged
The box was received opened on both sides. There was no seal on one of the sides. Upon opening the air inlet (see pictures) is damaged. Not sure how that's going to affect the air conditioner working properly. Was this damage in route or left the warehouse like this?
