Beware of seller
The seller sold me a TV that wasn't intended to be used in the home. It was a commercial TV to be used in hotels, etc. When I realized there was no way to connect with wifi. I called LG for help. Once they searched the model %23, they told me it will do me no good and to return it. Now, the seller has given me two reasons why they will not issue a refund. First, they claimed there were missing parts (I know this wasn't true, because I am 100% sure I included everything that was initially in the box.), then, when I challenged them, they changed their tune and said no refunds at all for any boxes that have been opened. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, so I hope it will all turn out. I think this seller should be investigated.
