Best washer/dryer ever!!

cashbear50 October 31, 2023

I bought this about 2-3 weeks ago after several two rounds of faulty washers from a different place. This thing is AMAZING! When I say it has space, I mean it. I've been able to wash pillows, blankets, and clothes and add or remove washing/drying settings via the app. Not to mention that I can start and stop the unit from the app? Mind blowing! It's definitely a purchase I don't regret.

Good build quality and great features

DRYork April 13, 2025

I've had two of these, one in the laundry room and one in the MB closet, for a little over a year and they are working very well. - The design looks great. - I enjoy being able to toss my dirty clothes into the washer without needing to worry about adding detergent. - The dryer works well and properly dries everything from sheets to towels to everyday clothing. - They are quiet enough for me to run a load at night without disturbing my sleep. - I mainly use the AI wash and dry even though it has a plethora of specialty cycle options. I highly recommend the WashTower. They are a huge improvement over our previous washer and dryer.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this. We went to the stacked version to create more room in the laundry room for a shelved pantry.

Exceptional Design

Super quiet, efficient and easy to use! We are seasonal residents in this house and will want to replace our not so old washer/dryer at our other house so we can enjoy the ease of use and quiet. I like the handwashing feature that does an excellent job with delicate cashmere sweaters. And the dryer is very quick to dry a large load of thick towels.

Love my LG Studio Washer/Dryer

billScott August 1, 2024

I've had the Studio Tower for about 1 month now and couldn't be happier. We do lots of laundry at our house but our laundry area is small. This washer/dryer tower fits perfectly in the space and even gave me room for a folding table and a cabinet. The machine itself is very stylish, washes and dries much quicker than our other machine, which was only 5 years old. I don't like to say this about an appliance but -so far I will say I love this machine

Waste of money

uuunnnnhappy October 10, 2025

DO NOT BUY. I got this because it would fit in the small space in my main floor bathroom. I deeply regret it. The washer has been impossible to start for several weeks. The start button only goes to delay start. I try over and over to touch it with the exact right pressure to start it, but it keeps going to delay. I have been forced to wash my laundry by hand in the bathtub instead of using this incredilby expensive machine.

Do not buy unless you live in a desert

Dr RishiRish August 16, 2025

The washer works ok. The dryer is just horrible. If I don't want smelly, moldy clothes, I need to dry each load roughly 6-8 hours. Even with that wasted time and electricity, the clothes still smell moldy.

Horrible product. Don't waste your money

uuunnnnhappy October 24, 2025

I purchased this in June 2024. At first it was fine. But then about 1 year later the washer start button started randomly defaulting to delay start. The problem is there are no knobs to turn-just buttons like a smart phone. For the past month every time i try to start it defaults to delay start. But there's not a way to set the time. I turn it off and on and try to start it over and over and over. It will not start. For the past month I have been forced to do my laundry by hand in the bathtub. I can't wash sheets or towels this way. There is no way to contact LG for help. This was a huge rip off. DO NOT BUY

Don't buy

Patsy 69 December 31, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the stacked washer and dryer. It is maybe the worst machine I've ever had. The dryer dies not dry. I've tried everything. I have to put it on bedding to even get anything to dry slightly. Everything comes out, smelling, moldy, and damp. When you try to continually dry it it still does not dry. It turns off. The washing machine makes my clothes stink. I have cleaned the drum I have done so many different cleanings and still my clothes come out smelling like mold. I am hanging my clothes outside to dry. What's the point. I'm now looking to replace this horrible duo. It's only been in my house for two years. I've dealt with this for too long

Has never worked! And haven't been able to resolve the issue. Will not own another one even if it was given to me!
