LG SWWG50N3 combination washer electric dryer

I absolutely love this wash tower. Read TONS of different reviews before purchasing. Looked at different brands and styles. Finally settled on this one. The install was very easy and fast. It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn't hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it's more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. If you plan to purchase gas, the side vent will NOT work. The gas line runs through. I really like the flat stainless finish. Timeless and modern. Really happy with this purchase!

We have had the LG WashTower for a couple weeks now and have been really happy with it so far. The touchscreen is easy to manage and modify. The preset options are helpful for everyday laundry loads. My clothes come out clean and much softer feeling than my last washer. Once the cycle is running there is a visible countdown timer for both washer and dryer on the display. This information is also available on the app as well as notifications that the load has finished and reminders that it should be removed. Installation was easy once in place but this is a heavy unit (approx. 300 lbs.) The dryer sensor doesn't quite get the clothes all the way dry so an additional timed cycle is necessary but I expected as much. Overall this is a great combo unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for a few weeks now; it is quiet, efficient & launders the clothes well. I like the detergent dispensing feature; but you can also use laundry pods &V shut off the ezdispense. Just be sure to check it is well leveled & not too close to cabinetry or walls, as it does vibrate at the extra high spin setting. Overall very happy with my selection. A great use of space, has much more capacity than I thought it would for a machine with a relatively small footprint. Not too tall, and I like that the controls are in the middle & you can toggle between washer & dryer as needed. Would like if the LG Thinq app would connect to Alexa, but the phone app is good overall.

I have done a complete remodel of my home and upgraded to the stackable. LG washer and dryer. I was nervous because I used to have a top loading. washer and everyone told me it was going to make my clothes, smell and mildew. But I am so very very happy. The magnet that holds the washing machine door open after washes completely takes care of that problem and it dries out without any smell or mildew. AND they are beautifully designed. The technology is top notch and easy to use even if you're not a millennial!! I would highly recommend these units to anyone:))

I love how this appliance is so intuitive and efficient. The ezdespense feature is a welcome bonus .

Fantastic Purchase, I love how convenient the controls are I no longer have to reach up to dry my clothes. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for ease of use and reliable laundry.

I deeply regret buying this- what a waste of money. At first is was fine, but over the past 16 months it is becoming increasingly impossible to start. Push start and it goes to delay. Turn off, turn on, push start, it goes to delay. OVER and OVER. Today I did this 20 times. I could not get it to just simply start. Instead, I was forced to wash the load by hand in the bathtub. This is unacceptable. I will never buy another washer/dryer without normal dials again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were sold on the EZ Dispense. The lower model was unavailable, so we bought the top of the line, because it also matches the color of our other appliances. Test run worked fine. Then we later found the ezdispense is not working properly. It's just emptying all of its content into the drum. We lost 3/4 of a brand new jug of detergent also had to run many cycles to clean the drum. We're now just running off of the manual detergent dispenser while waiting for repairs that's full of guess work.

Like many others, the washer works fine but the dryer has needed repairs due to suddenly not working any longer. Just doesn't turn on. The circuit board has been unplugged, unit reset, house breaker switch turned off, etc. We had it fixed by LG 9 months ago and the same problem persists. There are no blockages of any type and our home outlets are working fine, so its jot a power supply problem from.the house or related to a lint clog. The unit, like others have mentioned, just stops working and requires resets to work briefly. We were at a point that a reset was needed about once a week. Now the resets no longer are effective and I have a dead, nearly 3 thousand dollar machine. I am just out of warranty even though there's a record of LG repairing the machine (while under warranty) for the same reason. LG's repairs are only guaranteed for 90 days which is pretty bad. Unit is a year and a half old.
