Not one problem with any part of this great machine which also looks great. Seems to balance, no problem with vibration, capacity, cycles, drying or noise. It's quite quiet. We love this machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so easy even I can use it.... Wife put me to work the moment it was installed and I really enjoy using this machine fellas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I know the quality of LG laundry products, I was surprised that the wash tower has all of the same functionality of products sold as separate units. It's also an incredibly quiet unit whether using the wash or dry function. Finally, from a space-saving perspective, getting full sized washer & dryer that takes up so small a footprint is really genius and works when downsizing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG all in one tower a month ago. We love it. Very quiet unit, does a great job and very impressed with the LG product. We will be buying LG products for now on
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this about 2 months now and I'm very pleased. Love that it takes up very little space, is very quiet and much easier to operate than I thought. Adding a few pictures. Every so often you need to empty out the drain via a small hose on the bottom and wipe out the inside...very simple. Only minor complaint is the dryer door ends up dumping lint if you had alot in that load(men's construction/work clothes)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago had to take down a wall to get it into place but very worth it we love it and it works great I like the WIFI option and that it connects to my phone and I love the on off options it works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Washtower for two weeks and am very pleased with its functions. I am also very pleased with the owner's manual. The design is perfect for my small laundry room.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new set about 3 weeks ago and am very happy with them. I'm getting used to the many varied cycles available and how to use them.
I honestly don't give a lot of reviews but with this one I need to. I had my old washer and dryer for 13 years and they are still running strong. But I seen this washtower and loved the controls for the washer and dryer all right in center genius. And with the height of the washtower where I can reach in and get my dryer without having to stand on my tippy toes wonderful. I'm 5'6” and had to stand on tippy toes with my old set. I had been doing research on the washtower's to figure out all the difference between the towers. I ended up with the studio and I can wash all the bedding with no problems, even king comforter's. It has the 5.0 wash drum, before I had a hard time with kings in old washer. I not only do bedding for my home, but also for our camper. Oh yes and this tower is smart also the washer lets dryer know what cycle you are running in washer and the dryer gets set to that cycle. I have had it for about 3 weeks and not regretting buy it at all. Our cloth's are drying in about half the time as the old set.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item because I was trying to accomplish two things: save space in my laundry area with a stacking unit, and increase my wash/dry capacity (by volume). Unfortunately, this product is broken after less than a year, so I am back where I started. Based on my experience, this configuration is not suited for anything but installation on a cement first floor or basement. First, the bad: the washer volume is 5.0 cuft, but it is not capable of a very large load without destroying the bearings for the washtub. The wifi will only allow one user at a time to be linked to the unit; the spin cycle (even when the unit has been perfectly leveled) is ridiculous for vibration. Figuring out how much detergent to use is like trying to adjust the vertical hold on your tv with a blindfold on, the dryer vent sensor is VERY finicky, the dryer moisture sensor is VERY sensitive and will constantly adjust the dryer time without notice, the unit is HEAVY and BIG, the wifi app is constantly a problem (freezes and gets hung up on a single page), it is so new, there are no parts available. The good: there are a multitude of wash cycles on the app to choose from, the app will give you status of the washer and dryer cycles in real time, it is a HUGE energy and water saver over a regular washer dryer set, it looks nice, it is a stacking unit. Bottom line, for this price point, I think this unit has a LONG LONG way to go to be ready for primetime. Unless you are going to use this on a concrete floor in a basement or on a first floor and you only have very small amounts of laundry to do, this unit is not for you. I would keep shopping.
