i like the picture quality
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter in another state. It arrived as indicated in a email message to me. It has been installed and she really likes the quality of the picture that she is getting on this LG television.
Awesome color and great remote
Great basic smart tv Great picture Suprised how good plays Xbox one
I love this television and all of the smart features that is on it.
Never received it or been told when to expect it. If I go to store I will lose the online only price. And I worry about cancelling the order and not getting my credit card refunded. Worst service ever!
I cannot describe to you how terrible this TV is. A TV should be as simple as plug in, power on, connect whatever you want, and play. The remote is crappy and overly complicate, the TV demands a setup on its native software for its most basic functions and it is overly complex and convoluted to use. Weirdest part, it talks to you. I had it for 2 days and I returned it immediately. There's a reason why the price keeps dropping on this thing.
It is not possible to install the Formula 1 application, I have to open it through the website, and the entire TV system is difficult to navigate.
Purchased this television in Feb 2025. In July, I turned on the set and got no sound and no picture. It is now September and I am still without a television that was under warranty.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. The TV's picture is good, but the refresh rate, i.e. blurring/stuttering in fast-moving scenes somewhat overrides that fact. 2. Severe issues with available memory, memory management, and processing power. Apps will unexpectedly shut down to free up more memory. 3. The webOS interface/settings and core apps are extremely slow, some are very unintuitive and redundant. I.e LG Channels and Live TV, channel manager, settings app, etc. The TV becomes so unresponsive at times I have to completely unplug it. While I appreciate the TV's price and abundance of features, LG has tried to pack too many things into a very underpowered TV.
