[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works and operates like a champ. The ease of use and all the features are a must have in your laundry room. Tons of load space, have yet to over fill tub. Didn't purchase for it's looks but, it is appealing to the eye.

After purchasing through SamsClub.com, shipping was far ahead of scheduled date, and although installation wasn't discussed, the delivery people installed and connected. I was very happy-I didn't lift a finger. Thanks!

For some reason, I've had bad luck with 2 Samsung wash machines. So I decided to try LG. I'm so glad I did! I ordered from Sams, they delivered and installed at NO extra charge!

I bought my washer because my daughter had hers 12 years and no trouble. I had a different brand that didn't last 3 yr .So I try this brand because my daughter has so much good luck.

It's the first new washer in 25 years, so learning how to use the new bells and whistles on this machine. My son loves the digital access to monitor his loads, I love the reduced water use and large load size. Also love being able to see through the glass door and how quiet the wash cycle is. It has gotten loud in the spin cycle of we have heavy items in it - rugs and dog bed loads - but otherwise no issues at all. Glad we got it!

The washer is find as far as we can tell. There may be a problem with the dryer. We'll use i a little more and get back to you. The DELIVERY was a NIGHTMARE. We will likely be buying other major appliances in the near future, and we must know who will be delivering them. If it's XPO freight we will not buy it from Sam's. The freight company did not answer the phone and did not return calls. I don't have the energy to relate all their failings. Sam's customer service did intervene and finally arrange for the delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with the LG WM3600HVA front load washer. After only five years of regular household use, the drum bearings completely failed, which is a major internal component that should last many more years in a premium appliance. This is very concerning because the drum is essential to the washer's function, and a failure of this nature is both costly and inconvenient. When the washer was working, it performed well. It has a large 4.5 cu. ft. capacity that handled bulky items like bedding and towels easily, and the cleaning performance on standard and heavily soiled loads was solid. The steam and TurboWash features were helpful for stains, and the spin cycle left clothes fairly dry, reducing drying time. However, despite these positive aspects, the premature failure of such a critical part raises serious concerns about the overall durability and long-term reliability of this model. For a washer marketed as high-end and built for families, I expected far greater longevity. Spending a premium amount on a washer that develops a major internal issue after only five years makes it difficult to justify the cost. While the machine does its job when functioning, the early failure of a key component overshadows the positives and makes me hesitant to recommend this washer to anyone who is looking for a reliable, long-lasting appliance.
