I have this washing machine for almost 5 years. It works very well. One of my favorite features is the pre-wash cycle. If you have really dirty clothes, you can use the pre-wash before it goes to the main wash. The drain filter is excellent to have. I checked this every month and I clean it out every month and I love the tub clean cycle. I use it every month with a alfresh tablets. I'm more then happy withy washer its by far the best washer I have had . It cleans clothes extremely well and only thing I don't like is it don't have lights on the inside so you can see your laundry and check on it but still if I could give more then 5 stars I would

My LG Washing Machine - although I was skeptical at first - was the BEST investment of my life. Low water usage - Low Power Consumption - I thought the OLD Auger driven machines (May Tag washer) was better - but after using for nearly 2 months - it's MUCH better. Clothes are CLEANER than the AUGER machine / not damaged too - it takes longer with the time to clean with new technology and approach - but I would NEVER part with this LG product washing machine.

I just bought an LG washing machine and I've barely started using it, but it's working very well. I hope it continues to work like this for many more years. It's good quality. My dryer is the same brand and I've never had any problems with it for several years.

This machine is much like our last model which lasted us about 10 years. There are some good changes to the design. The area where the detergent & softener, etc is added appears easier to clean. The number of cycles and choices have increased with an ability to do an extra spin without an added rinse cycle. The noise is moderate much like the previous machine.

We have had the new washer for a few months now and love it. Our last LG front loader lasted us over 15 years with no issues, so we hare hoping for the best with this one!

The manual says the drain line must be 8' or less from the floor. Mine is 5' from the floor. Yet the washer comes with a hose that would only work if the drain line is 4' or less, and only if it is on the left side of the washer. I chatted with support, and they said I need a drain hose extension. I asked what the part # was for that and where I could get one. They didn't know, and couldn't help me at all. As a work around, I ran the drain line to the utility sink, but it barely makes it there either.

Washer broke after 3 months of use. Have been trying to work with LG for over 5 weeks to get it repaired or replaced

At first, we absolutely love the machine and then it began to leak from the bottom. Had someone come out to service it and suggested that we do a tub clean which we do weekly it did not fix the problem nor can we get somebody to come out to fix the problem.
