I'm more then happy withy washer its by far the best washer I have had . It cleans clothes extremely well and only thing I don't like is it don't have lights on the inside so you can see your laundry and check on it but still if I could give more then 5 stars I would

My LG Washing Machine - although I was skeptical at first - was the BEST investment of my life. Low water usage - Low Power Consumption - I thought the OLD Auger driven machines (May Tag washer) was better - but after using for nearly 2 months - it's MUCH better. Clothes are CLEANER than the AUGER machine / not damaged too - it takes longer with the time to clean with new technology and approach - but I would NEVER part with this LG product washing machine.

This machine is much like our last model which lasted us about 10 years. There are some good changes to the design. The area where the detergent & softener, etc is added appears easier to clean. The number of cycles and choices have increased with an ability to do an extra spin without an added rinse cycle. The noise is moderate much like the previous machine.

I just bought an LG washing machine and I've barely started using it, but it's working very well. I hope it continues to work like this for many more years. It's good quality. My dryer is the same brand and I've never had any problems with it for several years.

I have this washing machine for almost 5 years. It works very well. One of my favorite features is the pre-wash cycle. If you have really dirty clothes, you can use the pre-wash before it goes to the main wash. The drain filter is excellent to have. I checked this every month and I clean it out every month and I love the tub clean cycle. I use it every month with a alfresh tablets. The washer never let us down my brother trusts this washer then the laundry mat

We have had the new washer for a few months now and love it. Our last LG front loader lasted us over 15 years with no issues, so we hare hoping for the best with this one!

The manual says the drain line must be 8' or less from the floor. Mine is 5' from the floor. Yet the washer comes with a hose that would only work if the drain line is 4' or less, and only if it is on the left side of the washer. I chatted with support, and they said I need a drain hose extension. I asked what the part # was for that and where I could get one. They didn't know, and couldn't help me at all. As a work around, I ran the drain line to the utility sink, but it barely makes it there either.

I have been having issues with both my washer and dryer since the day I received them/ purchased new as a gift.I have been trying for many weeks to get a repair person out since January 22 nd and still not fixed. I want a replacement NOW and your presidential department is not responding to any of my concerns. I have been polite on the phone for weeks and NOW it is time this gets addressed with no more excuses that someone is going to call me.

I hate it!!! Directions aren't specific. Can't see the light which indicates what cycle you are on. Every cycle except a couple indicates it takes 29 minutes. Have to try setting it at least 3 times before a reasonable time comes up. It takes me from 5 - 15 minutes to get a load to start actually washing
