LG WM6500HBA front load washer

We are a repeat customer. Owning a set for 15 years but decided it was time for a new set instead of my handy husband continuing to replace parts. So far so good with this new set. Love the intelligence this set includes. And love the black color which actually appears more of a dark charcoal gray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. It has 5 sprayer jets that inject water/soap onto the clothes. The rinse cycle is great. The machine drains the water completely and uses fresh water up to 3 times during a cycle. It will rinse up to 3 times which is great for heavier items like jeans and towels. If you remember at the last minute your favorite outfit needs washed, there is a quick wash cycle that is 18 mins long. I have notice our water bill has gone down by 1 cubic foot of water. And the machine is very quiet. You do need a pedestal for the machine because it sits so low. It spins clothes so incredible dry with 1300 rpm. Jeans take 25 mins to dry.

We requested replacement since after unboxing there was damage to the front in that there was a dent. So we quickly returned and received replacement same day. Love the functions, the app and AI intelligence. Also love the color which appears more of a deep charcoal grey. Love everything about it. We have the matching dryer too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the washer for a month now and we are very pleased with the quality and especially the AI wash cycle. This all the guess work out. The washer determines the amount of water and the temps for the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG washer last month and it's great. We also bought the matching dryer in the dark gray. They're much quieter than our old machines. My wife likes that she operate them with app. Pretty cool.

I had my ducts cleaned and fully checked just prior to installation but every dryer load I have run since it got installed says 80% duct blockage??? Someone is scheduled to come check it out this week. Maybe the dryer vent dims bent too much because it's stacked? Or maybe sitting too far from the duct wall?? However, I love it otherwise- getting stuff super clean and it doesn't take forever and a day to wash like so many newer machines do. It's way bigger than I imagined, washed a blanket today by itself and it barely took up any room in the drum. The washer also wrings stuff super dry so way less dryer time involved. If I had it to do over, though, I would put them on pedestals instead of stacking because I've got bad knees and the washer front loader is down so low, while the drum is so deep, and when it's finished, the load of laundry ends up in the very back of it, involving much stooping and reaching for me- so, the space I saved by stacking wasn't really worth the hassle. I hope they can fix the duct message. If so, I would definitely raise my review. This set has a ton of electronic features I never thought I would use, but I do! I don't need the Bluetooth controls though. The machines give an abundance of load selections without going to the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had higher expectations. Have been careful not to use too much detergent or overload yet have twice had greasy looking spots. As for AI, I think it's just gimmick as I can't see any benefit to it versus choosing the right cycle and probably it's worse because I know what's in there!

We bought the washer after 18 years of operation of the old LG washer. After spending so much money we have a washer that does not rinse cloths properly because it uses cold water for rinsing. This is terrible. Shame on you LG for producing crap like this.

Literally the WORST experience dealing with LG!!!!
