I'll agree with all the suggested review topics. It's efficient no vibration I can hear upstairs or noise. I love the deep water selection. Most newer washers put barely any water into the drum so you think the laundry wasn't cleaned good enough. It has a larger capacity than my last washer which is definitely plus. My husband tends to do big loads at a time since he has all dark clothes. The cycles are about an hour except certain ones that require soaking or extra rinses. All over great product.
I have had this washer for almost a year (effective this month). I have been pleased with the performance. There are some options that took me a while to figure out but reading the manual helps. The only downside to this is that when you call for maintenance they put you through the paces of checking the machine for issues reading from a script on their computer (I was on for 45 minutes) and then they tell you it doesn't warrant a service call. Live with it. Not what I expected. Of course your call goes to a foreign country so what can you expect. Also, I was requesting service on both the washer and the dryer but the same agent could not handle both calls and I had to be transferred. That made no sense.
Bought this the end of January. We are a family of 5, and do a lot of growing and raise small farm animals, so we have a lot of dirty clothes. This washer is great at getting the grit out no matter the size of the load.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new washer a little over a month ago. This has got to be the most "smartest" washing machine ever! Throw your clothes in with the soap in the designated area, set the settings and turn it on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for a couple of months now. Washes well except for my king sized quilt. The quilt keeps popping up in the center and stays dry. Other than that, washing other items wash very well. I like the extra water feature very much.
I really like this washer. It uses hardly any water at all, but somehow gets the dirt and grease out of my jeans. I am a mechanic and work on heavy equipment for a living, I am still just amazed at how clean this washer gets my jeans, even on normal cycle. Thank you LG!
The washer does a great job but I wish I had never registered it because I am daily bombarded with LG texts and advertisements even though I have unsubscribed twice and texted you to please stop this nonsense and delete me from your message list.
The machine looks impressive but lacks the features of other similar looking. To me and my wife, it is overly complicated, and will take time to learn all its features. The book does not explain fully how to execute test mode, had to use youtube for that. The funny thing is wouldn't go into test mode a second time. The diagnostic feature is a slow burn. You have to be patient. The first time washing bedding received an unbalanced code in the rinse cycle. Correct the unbalancing but the machine then went into a loop where it would drain, fill and spin, drain fill, and spin even when it changed from rinse to spin! Did this on two separate occasions with sheets and blankets. Had to put in a spin cycle only to dry the sheets The second time, it did not do a good job of drying the sheets and I had to split them into two loads to dry them. Did I mention that the times kept changing too? My wife did decide to keep the washer but overall I rate it a C or three stars. It is quiet, with not a lot of vibration and if you work with it, it will get the job done.
Product is clearly either defective or poorly designed. We are on our second repair for a brand new washer. Washing machine creates lawn mower like noises around the 12-16 minute remaining mark or odd internal vibrations that cause the washer to nearly walk across the floor. It's balanced and leveled and repair man keeps being unable to find something wrong.
Purchased thus washer dryer set and found it us not at all energy efficient, poor manuals made for series so my model was not covered. LG has no proper recommendations on how to use.
