LG WT7400CV 5.5 Cu. Ft. Graphite Steel Smart Top Load Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many cycle options, which is perfect for our big family. The set up was very easy. Never thought of the benefits of having a washer that is connected to the wifi, it was a pleasant feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new LG washer and dryer. They were highly rated in Consumers Report magazine. So far I am pleased with my purchase. The washer is the type that doesn't have an agitator. I cannot believe how large the drum is. There are many options for washing and I connected it to my wi-fi and have even more washing options. I'm still getting use to the dryer. I also connected it to my wi-fi so there are even more drying options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 month ago & so far I am very pleased with this unit. My old one had an impeller so I stuck with one on my LG. So far this Washer has performed perfectly and I cannot believe how much quieter this one is compared to my old one. At first I thought I was going to have to stop using the 2X pods because this LG uses such little water, concern about too much suds, but using the “add an additional rinse cycle” resolved that issue. This LG is easy to use, quiet and has met all my expectations.

After comparing many machines, manufacturers, stores and ratings, I decided on the LG model. It definitely was a smart purchase. I'm so impressed with the efficiency of this washing machine! I can do very large loads of laundry in half the time my previous machine did. We're saving water, energy, time and money and I'm getting thoroughly clean clothes. I would highly recommend this machine.

My last washer was out of balance all the time, and this never happens. Also, it's very beautiful, which sounds weird for a washing machine Lol I also like that I can Bluetooth to it and download settings, but in addition, it notifies me when my wash is complete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an 11 year old front loader. It is a very intelligent machine. It has cut the wash time in half saving both water and electricity. If you have the ThinQ app on your phone you can manage the wash and even customize wash cycles. The app will even tell you when to run a cleaning cycle. The washer can be Wi-Fi paired with a dryer and the washer will recommend the proper dryer settings based on what the washer sensed through its cycles. The users manual is available on the app and is much better there than the paper version. This was a highly rated washer and it hasn’t disappointed. The biggest change going from the front loader to top load is the tub depth. If you are short you may need a step stool or grabber to get the wash from the bottom of the tun. Very quiet and well balanced. I highly recommend it.

This is my second LG washer purchase-when we moved, I knew I would purchase the LG washer again. Very thorough cleaning, gentle on clothes. You can see the difference in your laundry. Washer is quiet-very quite! The impeller swishes the laundry back and forth, sweaters come out beautiful! Towels that get washed on a different setting are crisp clean.

Bought this about a month ago and let me tell you my family loves it! Really like how much space it holds. Really like the way how it has different settings and that turbo wash is amazing. Only downside is if you’re short be ready to get on your tippy toes to reach the bottom of washer.

The washer would not consistently turn on when the button was pressed. We traded it out with our old washer (thank goodness we kept it) in order to get laundry done. We required a repair person who then ordered and replaced the electronic boards. Hopefully we don’t have any more problems.

The washing functionality works well but after 27 months of ownership we started getting foul orders coming from the tub. This is a top loader! We always left lid and dispenser opened when not in use. We did all the recommended Tub Cleaning cycles but would only remedy the situation for a couple of days. Then the garment staining started, ruined multiple articles. Now have read enough reviews to know it is a common problem with this model. Would not recommend this one.
