This fireplace looks fantastic. The only hiccup that I had was that it came in two boxes on two separate days so I thought there was a mix-up. I contacted the company and they let me know that the second box was on its way it arrived the very next day and everything works perfectly.

This is a nice quality item that has a traditional vibe. Used it in our barn to create a warm and cozy space for my granddaughter's birthday party and to heat the sports lounge for my grandson's birthday party. Easy to assemble, nice look for faux fire and gives off nice heat.

I took a long time finding an electric fireplace I wanted and I don't regret this one so if you're on the fence go for it. It came quickly and both pieces came at once. It wasn't hard for me to put together. All the holes and everything aligned. I was pleasantly suprised it included a screwdriver. It is sitting in my corner right now. Love the options of LED light on, off, any color or brightness you want. Heat or not heat etc.

DO IT!! I started to second guess myself with some of the other reviews but this fireplace is absolutely beautiful! I'm so glad that I made this purchase!

It came package real good was easy to put together and the perfect size that I needed for my living room. I did spray paint it dark walnut to match other furniture. The whole thing came out great really like it.

bought it for master bedroom, both for look and for subliminal heat, because i keep the house at 60° during the night. (i live alone and do what i want. and face it you have bankets) i set this fireplace to 64° and it keeps the room perfectly set. sometimes i turn it on 1hr before bed crank up the temp, set timer and the room is toasty when Im ready for bed. it's quite running!! several flame settings, temp from 62°-80° or "on" you can have just flame no heat, heat no flame, or both. get it you wont regret it

Came delivered in 2 pkgs. Everything was in pkg well packed. took me about 3 hrs to put together by myself, and Im an older woman. Not hard if you can read directions and use a screwdriver. The finished product looks fantastic! If it lasts longer then my last FP ( 7 urs) then Ill give it 5 stars.

I will say because a lot of the reviews mentioned this, the fireplace ships into separate packages. We got the heater insert portion first and then a day later, the fireplace mantle arrived. Never bothered assembling the mantle because as soon as I turned the flame on, it was so ridiculously artificial looking there were a lot of vibrant, red flames, and it just made it look so fake and the opposite of cozy. My TV provides a better fireplace than this. Very sad about it I thought I would be able to return it to a Walmart store, but unfortunately, you have to return it through the third-party company. The company I wouldn't say is super difficult, but definitely not smooth. There was a back-and-forth of about five emails of them first asking me to just keep the product because the restocking procedure is tedious, and thentrying to offer me $20 to keep the product, then $40. Finally, after very direct clarification that I want the shipping label I received the labels with the passive message “ since you're insisting on returning the item” As well as a $30 restocking fee

I was ripped off I didn't get the electric fireplace and remote that was supposed to come with the mantel. I only received the mantle and had to put it together

It came damaged and trying to return, seller and Walmart didn't help me at all. Walmart kept telling me to they can't do anything about it and told me contact seller and I didn't and send pics and yet one of them responded.
