My many cats love this tree! They are using every perch. And enjoy the sisal scratching posts. We love it because it's so festive. Took a little bit for one person to put it together, two would be helpful, but not difficult at all. Highly recommend this cat tree.

This is very festive looking especially because my cat tree is right by my Christmas tree so even if my fussy cat wouldn't haveliked it i would she does it took her several days and putting treats on it

I would have given this scratcher 5 stars, but deducted 1 for the instructions. They could have been a little clearer to decipher. Some posts ended up being trial and error, but it wasn't terrible. Took 45 minutes for 2 people to assemble. The scratcher is sturdy for our 13lb cat. The quality is decent too for the price. Our cat is both a vertical and horizontal scratcher. If your kitty is only a horizontal scratcher, the soft fur may not be the best option.

I would recommend not dealing with 3rd party sellers on Walmart. Return policy is at their discretion buyer beware. I had to email back and forth over several days and I am glad they did accept my return but I was very frustrated that I had to sit there and argue for days and submit pictures.

Worst experience ever with this company %26 WALMART. Beware Walmart will NOT help you with this item or seller. Been trying to contact seller %26 Walmart about this for a MONTH now!

I don't know if I like it or not because it was never delivered!!! UPS said it was delivered in Mobile AL and I live in Acworth GA. I filed a claim on it and nothing has come of it.
