A huge box arrived. some of the carboard was ripped. Didn't look like any damage to the chair. The instructions are fairly simple. although not everything is labeled its common sense by the size and the picture. There was one piece that did not fit. It wouldn't pop through. Had to hit the pipe with a rubber hammer, and finally, it worked. Other than that, everything fit great. Once the chair was set up, it was perfect. we literally fight for chair time. there is always a family member relaxing on the egg chair. I've even taken a nap a couple of times on it. The rocking and the nice outdoor breeze just relax you. It created this beautiful outdoor space. As for the price, I compared it to wayfair and amazon and walmart had it the best deal and fastest delivery. Go get this chair!!

I bought this swing to be used indoors in my chill room. The instructions were not clear but that seems to be the normal these days. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to put together by myself. The screw holes were perfect. Everything arrived perfectly. Everything was included that should’ve been. Some other reviews state that it doesn’t swing very good, but it is not a swingset. It is perfect and it rocks gently and swings gently. It is very sturdy. I’m so happy with my purchase.

The swing chair is very comfortable and was easy to set up. I had been eyeing this for a while and am so glad that I went ahead and bought it. For reference, the person in the picture is 6’5 so the size is great for two people. I have had this for a week now and can’t wait for good weather so that we can bring it outside. Highly recommend this!

This is become everyone's favorite seat. A perfect conversation piece to add to your interior. We sleep in it. We rest on it. It's like a swing loveseat. It’s supposed to holds up to 700 pounds. We’ve tested over 500lbs and it continued to swing and sway comfortably.

I am sure once put together the chair would be beautiful the only problem is mine came with the wicker already unraveled in a large section and i cannot get ahold of anyone directly and when sending a message to seller it says they will respond in 48 hours that's a long time in my opinion. When contacting 1800walmart it says it cannot be returned. When speaking to an agent they cannot get ahold of anyone in any different means than myself with a 48 hour response time.

I received my chair early. Which was nice. Came in one big beat up box. opened that and put everything out. im missing the directions and im assuming, a lot of poles. Not sure if this comes in 2 boxes, but the picture and receipt left by carrier stated 1 item.

I think the chair is quite striking but the “egg shaped” basket you sit in the material wrapping around it arrived damaged, dangling and unwinding. So far after three days of waiting they have offered me a $15 discount and asked me if I would be willing to glue it together! I think this is a slap in the face, at best. Customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore, I hope they prove me wrong, if so I will certainly update my opinion as I am still in discussion. I am prompted to mention “Workmanship” while reading the suggestions below the review while sitting on my “porch” leaning on the small pillows.

I reach out to the vendor through Walmart to ask for instructions or a refund which I got this for Christmas %26 it’s pass walmart return time but everything looks like it was in the box but instructions so how can I assembly it.

Low quality swing material, it’s started to peel . Walmart should check the quality to bring it in the market.we trusted in Walmart name but material quality is not worth it. Now I should contact the seller for the issues.

I have Been reported couple time that the item has arrived damaged with few areas where the material its damage as showed in the pics. I still want the item so a replacement with be fine and they haven't responded with any solution not recommend they have horrible customer service don't buy it!! . thanks!!
