I love the design and picked it because of its slim design but the instructions were definitely lacking but we figured it out pretty quickly. My only complaint is the platforms are made for just climbing, a full size adult cat cannot lounge on any of the platforms except the coffin shape one but then only if it's a slim cat. If the cat is chunky it can't get in the enclosed cubby spaces. Also if the cat is declawed it will struggle to get to some of the areas. But I placed it next to my China hutch and they use it to get on the top of the hutch to lounge. Visitors do love the design and our house theme is Halloween so I will definitely keep it and just let the cats climb it to get to other areas . I do wish it would have given the option to secure it to the wall in different areas instead of one fixed position and I wish the last cubby on top would have been a full piece instead of a piece that goes on with a zipper as I don't think the zipper will last and it definitely affects the shape giving it a strange look.
