Had it a few months. I make ice to put in my freezer as I have well water. Love it. Only had counter top ice maker. Love the cold and hot water! I don't know why i waited so long for a dispenser but the ice maker in it was the clincher.

Works great, having the ice production with it is very handy and the location this was bought for has bad mineral contend and corrodes lots of things! So having the bottled water is great, also cost is reasonable.

We like that it's not a huge water / ice station. Fits well in the kitchen and it can take smaller water jugs and that makes it easier to put it on. We are drinking more water and love the ice.

The hot and cold water functions are comparable to any other water dispenser. Really hit and really cold. But it you are buying this it's for the ice maker. Fresh ice made constantly. Ice door doesn't seal to keep cold in, so it constantly melts, the water seems to recycle, and is refrozen into new cubes. So, the machine is constantly running, and it's not silent. I use this in my master bedroom suite. Once you are used to the hum of the machine and the sound of new ice dropping regularly, it's fine. Operates well and keeps about a gallon of ice constantly available. I'd recommend for the price.

Works amazing but only downfall is if so much as a day goes by without getting any ice. It all turns into water but literally takes no time to re make ice

I was looking for something that made ice and obviously hot and cold water. I liked this item a lot. Unfortunately I had to return it . My mother couldn't lift the water jug to the top. Also she mentioned the ice if you don't use it constantly it melts. She also mentioned that is felt like it was always heating and cooling the water on all the time

I unpacked the cooler yesterday. Was excited to set it up. Discovered it was scratched. It's a relatively small area but it's right in front on top and very visible. Should have been caught by QA/QC in factory. Disappointed. Can't give a review on functionality because I haven't set it up yet pending on response from Walmart.

Looks nice. A few issues with how to use. But the Main thing Issss It Taste chemically. I've drank the water before putting it in the cooler and it's not the water. But once through the cooler it taste horrible. Ughhh I did clean it multiple times before first use. I'm so bummed. I love the ice making option and the ice taste okay. Not nearly as chemically. I bought it to help me drink more water and it backfired on me :( I had family issues when it arrived and it took over a month to unpack it And now it's too late to return. I really didn't think this would happen.

I bought this dispenser in November and it worked perfectly fine. The ice didn't have a funny taste. However, after a few months, the ice dispenser no longer makes ice.

Item is complete garbage started to work fine then I had five gals of water all over my floor and Walmart says because 3rd party can't return complete bull crap that they would allow a third party company to sell garbage and then not allow return
