THOROUGHLY PLEASED. HEARD THE HYPE ABOUT THE BONELESS FURNITURE AND NEEDED A LOUNGER FOR MY PERSONAL QUIET SPACE. THIS ITEM WAS PERFECT AND MUST ADMIT STOOD UP TO THE HYPE. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WORKED AS ADVERTISED CUT THE PLASTIC AND THE INFLATION BEGAN WAS ACTUALLY QUITE A SCENE TO WATCH. AGREE THE PILLOWS SUCK BECAUSE THEY ARE FLAT BUT GREAT ACCENT PIECE. THE BACK IS LOW BUT IT IS FOR RELAXING AND NOT SITTING UP. LOVE THE CUP HOLDERS AND SIDE POCKETS. FIRM AND STURDY BUT A BIT LOWER TO GROUND THAN EXPECTED . IF IT WERE ABT 3-5 INCHES TALLER AND HAD A HIGHER BACK THIS WOULD BE PERFECT. HOWEVER ITS COMFY AND THE FEEL IS SO SOFT. I SLEEP ON THIS THING AND RELAX IN IT EVERY CHANCE I GET. IT IS BIG ENOUGH FOR 2 PEOPLE BUT IF YOU ARE OF LARGER SIZE IT MAY NOT BE AS COMFORTABLE BUT MYSELF AND 2 FUR BABIES LOUNG ON IT TOGETHER CONSTANTLY AND THEY NAP ON IT WHEN IM DOING OTHER THINGS LOVE IT

The best furniture purchase I've ever made. I am a disabled woman who needs quite a bit of rest. So, instead of buying a couch to lie on in the living room, I chose this. I was a little nervous about it because it is so big, but it fits perfectly in my apartment living room along with my recliner and another chair, my TV area, etc. It is firm enough to hold me and I am 245 pounds. Anytime someone comes in to my apartment, they are stunned by this piece of furniture! And they love it! The other thing I like about it is the huge ottoman piece that is not attached. So, I could sit in the chair with pillows behind me or I can bring the ottoman real close and it becomes a bed. If I had small children, they would be all over it and three kids could even fit in it. I do like the cupholders. I thought it wasn't going to be necessary for me. But, wow! Was I wrong. And the places where they are set is so wide that I can fit my books, my little basket of my medications, and quite a few other things. If you're hesitating about this, I wouldn't hesitate any longer. It is a fantastic piece.

Took about 72 hours for it to completely firm up . It's very comfy and have already taken a few naps in it in the guest room while watching tv. Very much recommend!

Kids love it. Easy assembly, just cut the packaging and done. Easy and simple especially for a kids space.

its actually much bigger than i thought it would be, im 6'8" and its long enough for me when laying down on it also 320 lbs its plenty comfortable ive even slept on it a few nights and worked out very good. shipping was quick and only took about 3-6 hours to fully expand.

I've had this couch now for about six months bought it in February. It was solid as a rock the moment it fluffed out, which took about two hours, by the next day it was even harder! I love a firm couch! I was expecting after a couple months of the kids, jumping on at the dog and my husband constantly sitting on it that it would go bad. No, it's as firm as the day we bought it. No I thought I'd go by from another company a Chase. I have nothing but trouble with that one. The couch never fluffed up it never got solid. You sit on it in a sag you fall off of it you fall backwards, you fall sideways, and when you sit on it, you sink down almost to the ground. Try to get it returned and they said you can't return it. So if you are looking for a great Chase, this one is great for its price.
