Easily one of my best purchases of the year. Makes it easy to put pressure where I need it when my back/shoulders/neck hurt, and I actually enjoy using the extra bumps on the inside of the hook for my neck (I was worried I'd find them annoying instead)! I don't love that it comes in two pieces instead of one solid piece, but it feels sturdy and stable, so for the price I forgive it for that. Overall, if you're looking for this type of product, I'm happy with my choice to get this one.

Works Greg I have tendinitis and my shoulder and my arms. It helps relieve the bad pain. It helps get the knots out when you have nobody else to help you. This is a great helper. I definitely do recommend this if you have pain.

This LiBA Selfie Massager is a literally a lifesaver for those of us suffering from the muscle spasms. Despite being a two-piece construction, it is durable and solid. It requires a bit of an assembly by sliding one piece into another, and then it's all ready to go. At first I was a bit hesitant to use it consisting of two pieces but this proved a non issue. This massager is easy to hold in hand and apply due to its shape, even in hard to reach areas. It is durable yet lightweight which adds to the ease of use. What's more, it is accompanied by excellent care instructions, illustrated and easy to understand. No more guesswork trying to remember the different techniques, just refer back to the instructions. You can try and find the best way to use it that works for you. From applying steady pressure to a knot to maintaining pressure while slowly moving the round nodes over the problem area, this massager is very versatile and it does the job. It is recommended to start out from a minute or two at most a few times a day and then gradually increase as you see fit and your body adjusts. I especially like being able to use it in the shower. I have used this massager for only about a week coupled with exercises and taking breaks from working on pc, and have already noticed a significant improvement in my low back pain. Am going to continue using it and highly recommend to anyone.

Love it!! Should have ordered years ago, probably would have saved thousands from all the different massagers I've tried that just couldn't get deep enough.

I didn't think much of this when I bought it. Honestly, it doesn't look like much. But I figured I'd give it a try. This thing is actually amazing. You can put it into all kinds of configurations for pain, relief and yeah, it's pretty awesome well worth the money.

Tried to use it but to heavy for me

These massage canes closely resemble the one I have used in my physical therapy sessions, however, these are much heavier. This makes them harder for me to use because I have arthritis and fibromyalgia in my hands as well as my body. The advantage was that I could give the extra one to my daughter!
