This is such a great price for two cans, I stocked up! I don’t understand why people are having such trouble with this. It takes 5 oz of evaporated milk and 2 eggs, thats it. So easy and taste so good! I only buy this kind of mix ever now.

One of the few items I prefer brand name in so far. Buy several cans of this each year as enjoy pumpkin pie. This makes a nice creamy,, tasty filling.

I have a 14 year old dog who needs this to help settle his stomach. He has it with every meal. Our younger dog gets it whenever he has an upset stomach. They both love it. We use it around the holidays for pies and year-round to keep our boys happy.

I love this used in a smoothie. I freeze a couple of Tbsp at a time. Add 1/4 cup instant oatmeal and a couple of cups of milk. Add 2 Tbsp vanilla slim fast as a meal replacement. Makes a great breakfast. You can add spinach or kale to get more veggies. You won’t taste the baby spinach. Enjoy!

No one makes pumpkin pie mix like Libby. They are the real stuff. I love to make pumpkin bread around the holidays and this is the only brand that I will use. If you're interested here is the recipe that I use Servings: Makes 2 loaves Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 65 Minutes Total Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes INGREDIENTS 2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned into measuring cup and leveled-off 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1-1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened 2 cups sugar 2 large eggs 1 15-oz can 100% pure pumpkin INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 325°F and set an oven rack in the middle position. Grease two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans with butter and dust with flour (alternatively, use a baking spray with flour in it, such as Pam with Flour or Baker's Joy). In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk until well combined; set aside. In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar on medium speed until just blended. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until very light and fluffy, a few minutes. Beat in the pumpkin. Add the flour mixture and mix on low speed until combined. Turn the batter into the prepared pans, dividing evenly, and bake for 65 75 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the loaves cool in the pans for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Libby"s pumpkin pie filling has been around a long time. I'm in my 70's and i remember the delicious pumpkin pies my mother made for us as a child. Luckily, i can capture the same taste and flashbacks of Thanksgiving and her pies because Libby's is still available and still the BEST! I'm a second-generation Libby's fan.

This is great pumpkin pie mix. You have to add the 2eggs and the evaporated milk. I have made these pies many many times and they are the best. Now I have had to bake it 10 or 15 minutes longer than directions but it always sets after it cools. I think some of the people who review this item either didn’t add the ingredients as directed or were impatient with the cook time. Read instructions and when the knife comes out clean let it set up on a wire rack. Such great mix I hate to see people dissuade others from buying it.

I usually buy ready-made pumpkin pies, but a friend insisted I try this. Combine the canned pumpkin mix with the simple ingredients listed on the instructions, pour into an unbaked pie crust (I get the refrigerated ones) and bake it. Easiest thing in the world to do. The baked pie is delicious alone or with some whipped cream on it. When I crave pumpkin pie, I buy these ingredients and make my own now.

The pumpkin pie mix already has all the spices added so holiday pie season is easy as…well, pie. My oldest daughter loves this pie for both holidays and knows she has to put in her request early. It is well worth the hunt to find it.

The can was damaged on the top in two places and the bottom in two places. The denting was quite noticeable but yet they still purchased it for me. I had a hard time opening it . My electric can opener could open the can I had to open by hand but still couldn't get the whole lid open I'm 72 and not that healthy
