These were horrible, tasted old and stale like they'd been in a cardboard box for a really long time

Horrible product, horrible customer service.
I purchased 10 pounds of this product. It showed up completely inedible. It was rock hard and there was no chance of chewing it. I wrote four emails, hoping to exchange the product, and they all went unanswered. I ended up throwing $45 of licorice in the trash. This company does not care about the product they put out, or their customers. Do yourself a favor and purchase from a different seller. This one is horrible.
