Liddell Homeopathic Insomnia - 1 Fl Oz

Sometimes I need a little help falling sleep. When that is necessary, I use Liddell's Ins spray. It helps ease my mind from the work-a-day busyness. In addition, I take Similasan's Sleeplessness Relief. Both are very helpful in promoting a good night's sleep.

I bought this since it had the same ingredients that a spray from another company had, and I loved it. I’m always looking for something cheap because nothing seems to help, and I didn’t want to spend $29 on a spray again. I started with 2 sprays and it was pretty good, but 4 sprays is my sweet spot! I tried the sleep essentials and they didn’t work, but I am happy with this spray. The alcohol burns a little under your tongue and the taste isn’t great, but the sleep is NICE! I will continue to buy this.

Works very well for helping to get back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I have noticed if I do 2 sprays under the tongue when going to bed I sleep soundly thru the night and wake up rested and ready to start the day.

Pleased with this purchase. I have already purchased this a second time and will reorder it when we run out.
