I ordered this for my son as a Xmas gift and I had an issue with 2 of the parts not fitting on the go kart. I contacted customer support and the service I received from them was outstanding. They were very attentive to my needs and remained in contact with me until the issue was resolved. I received 2 new parts today and the go kart is up and running. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service. Thank you.

I ordered this on December 12th 2025 and it told me the delivery date would be for December 26th the day after Christmas but this was my son's big Christmas gift so I messaged them and asked if there was any way they could get it here before the 26th and that they would make one little boy truly happy this Christmas, they messaged back immediately and told me it would be here before Christmas and it got here today December 16th, highly recommend would purchase again.

great gift for my sons 10th birthday. the seat part doesnt work for him though. the design is a bit flawed and doesnt allow for use of the seat attachment

The power for this hoverboard is weak compared to hover brand. You have to press the levers almost to the ground for it to turn or drive. The seat is too far back for a comfortable ride.

the speed doesn't seem as fast as advertised, the velcro to attach is not very strong so after a day its frayed and hanging off. the bolts and nuts don't stay tight no matter how well screwed in. Better for very young beginners now necessary an 11 year old

Since I got it for my daughter the attachment the wheel keeps fallen off after tightening as tight as it can go the straps have already tore and battery life does not last long you can charge all night and ride 30 mins than it's dead

cannot ride without the scooter part, literally impossible to balance on with only feet and ive owned 3 different hoover boards all different brands never had a problem. when scooter is hooked up it is slow very uderpowered especially for only having a 90lb kid on, when it does finally reach any kind of speed it pulled extemely to the right and if you decelerate fast it whips you right and wrecks you in the ditch.

It is not built well it flipped my grandbabies it would take off then it would lift them and fall back. It is a very dangerous. The speed it has, and then flipping back, they can literally break their necks or crack her head I would not recommend this work kids. Spend too much money for this

This Item was showed to be BT compatible; it was not is not. After reading all the fine print and making the purchase I saw that it was not and that right there is false advertisement! Because the one we got did not have Bluetooth accessibility at all. Again tho didn't realize that until I got the item in my home. It was quite difficult to put together and then when we did put it together, we were unable to ride it correctly. The box our item came in didn't even have a picture of what it's supposed to look like on it and no where did it say blue tooth which was very misleading. My husband wt was not supported and he couldn't ride it either. This was the worst purchase and to think I bought two of them things! This is bull!

I purchased this at Christmas, and I have contacted the seller several times without a response. My child is 4 years old and very tiny, and she rode the go-kart several time and one of the arms completely broke off. I purchased the warranty, but I was hoping that the seller would be able to replace it, but nothing has been done to date
