This is cost competitive if you shop bulk like I do. IMO this formula is better than arginine or ornithine purchased individually. I haven't seen this available elsewhere.

I find it really helps me and I have been using the powder form for about 5 years, Very simple to take and it desolves easily in any liquid. And it doesn't have a taste so it blends easily. Worth while for my Joints and also good for my skin.

Arginine ornithine powder 1 tsp taken daily before breakfast was apparently responsible for a reduction in my Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm(AAA) from borderline critical to undetectable over a period approximately 6 months. The AAA had increased over 2 years of ultrasound tests by my physician. Although this product was reviewed in conjunction with the heart, my research gave a hint of a positive effect on AAA also. Am 81 year old, long time LEF member.

This combo is great, and it works. There is visible positive effects, both with stamina and sexual energy (especially mornings). They seemed to have changed the formula/process, because, it's grainier now, and before it was powderish. So a little more difficult to swallow. Otherwise this would be a 5 instead of a 3, and I've been using it for years. New form not easy to consume.
