I have been using these for two years. They help relax me so I can sleep. I can't use melatonin because i had very strong dreams when I took it. I like the milk peptides because they are safe and not addictive.

I had heard from another source that milk peptides might help with sleep issues. Having tried numerous things I hoped these would help. They did! Even got hubby to take them, too.

For ME, this didn't work. I was using it for sleep. I was still waking up at 2am or so, unable to get back to sleep. And the next morning I was mildly depressed & slightly foggy for several hours (I don't usually get this way after not sleeping). Tried it multiple days and always had the same effect. But I have adrenal fatigue, so maybe this counteracts any positive effects it could possibly have for many people.

I did not find this helpful for sleep issues at all. Also, taking it correlated with waking up hungry in the wee hours, rare for me. I tend to be hypoglycemic but it is well controlled by diet. I have read that milk proteins can exacerbate that.
