These gelcaps are a gut saver. I immediately experienced relief from bloating & gas from the onset. I was previously using a capsule called gut regulator which unfortunately became a problem. Sometimes as I swallowed the pill with 8oz of water, it seemed to open/dissolve quickly causing a gas bubble in my throat, which resulted in the ingredients which includes ginger to come up & out through my mouth and nostrils.
