I bought a supplement from a well-known company, but the price was extremely high. So I looked up what the ingredient was and found that this one had it for cheaper. I noticed that I'm not going back for seconds. less food noise. I like that it doesn't have any caffeine.. I already drank enough throughout the day.

I've tried several different brands of appetite suppressants in the past and this brand is the best one for me.

I think this actually does help with appetite control. I find it works best after a meal and in the afternoon. It helps me not to snack in the later afternoon before dinner.

i really liked this product, it really worked, it made me fuller quicker and lessened my appetite. unfortunately I developed an allergic reaction to it making me itch so I had to stop taking it.

I will fairly say the Item supplements are pretty typical. Really nothing different or special in your Brand. Im already on a good dietary regimen and exercise daily. I probably won't reorder tho. Thank you

I am unsure of the timeline to see results. However as of yet (3 weeks in or so),I have seen no reduction of appetite nor increased energy. I am hoping for improvement as I continue the product.
