Most bone building supplements I have tried are gritty capsule contents that make me doubt that the grit will actually be absorbed and used by the body. The Bone Restore chewable tablets calcium and other bone support nutrients are are pulverized into the tablet so when chewed, I feel that the calcium and minerals will be better absorbed. The tablets are tasty and so easy to take. And the price is very reasonable.
This chewable calcium is what I was looking for, I can't swallow pills, these are chewable, taste like chocolate, they are quite big though and I do use the pill splitter for them. comparison size to a Tylenol
Love these Chewable Bone Restore. Wondering if Vit K could be added since there is Vit K available in the capsule options and guidance indicates Vit K is helpful for calcium absorption. Easy to chew now with the revised formula since the tablets are not as hard as previous formula.
I have been using this product for the past 2 years. The chewable tablets are tasty, and make it easy to get the extra calcium that I need. One each morning and one each evening allows for the divided ingestion recommended for proper absorption. #sweepstakes
I take a lot of supplements, so having this option of a chewable with all my bone needs is fantastic! The flavor is ok, although it is a little chalky...would be nicer in a strawberry flavor maybe? Anyhow, I've been on it for 2 months now and I like it...I am excited to get my next Dexa!
this was a lil pricey, chalky texture
This is the biggest pill I have ever had to take but it's better than having to take 4 capsule pills a day. The taste is OK but I have a little problem with chewing it. It gets stuck in my teeth but I just drink water to help dissolve it. I would sometimes to take my Bone Restore capsules but I don't seem to forget to take the chewable tablets. Guess it's because of the "chocolate" flavor.
I read the reviews on these tablets before I bought them, and I agree, they are slightly chalky tasting. I think when I finish the bottle, I'll look for something that is in a different form. Not very tasty, in my opinion.
I find the taste puts me off.
I wasn't crazy about the taste and the chalkiness of this product. I use lots of Life Extension supplement s but this one wasn't for me.
