Noticed glowing skin like fish scales , also better recovery overall, better skin, thicker hair, shiny hair, hair growing faster, thin hair has become more thicker, better insulin sensitivity less blood sugar spike, this product is great , also I dose high not recommended for all.

My doctor suggested this product a couple of years ago, and I've been using it ever since. It's made a big difference in my calcium levels!
I have faith in LIFE EXTENSIONS I have no proof as of yet, but I have osteoporosis there's not much to help that.
I am lactose intolerant and need more calcium. I need 1200 ml a day. After reading reviews I purchased this product. I will let you know the results when I have my next bone density test. I find this product to be very tolerable. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I hope it's helping but it's hard to tell. My bones still crack and creak and it is a lot of pills (4) of a large size to swallow
