this is beneficial for the body I read some articles on it as we age our bodies does not produce this so we have to get a supplement to make up for what our bodies don't do what a great price thanks Walmart.

Seems to provide energy in hopes of build muscle, only been using it about 45 days still not sure if it's adding strength, l go to work out 28 day's a month using two capsules a day. Still early on results but I am 67 .

The reason why I gave it only three stars is that it's not the greatest value for money. You need at least two, possibly four capsules a day, therefore it's quite expensive to use. The bottle is great. the pills are great but not the greatest value for money.

I read that this supplement might improve memory and energy, so I decided to try it. So far though, I can't tell whether it has improved either memory or energy. Once I see my lab results, I may have more to say.
