I have been using this product for several years to help with inflammation. I generally take two capsules a day, one with breakfast and one with dinner. A couple of times when I ran out I decided not to reinvest in the product. After a week or so doing without, it was abundantly clear that I needed to get back on the product as soon as possible.

I have been looking for a way to get more curcumin in my diet and since Life Extension is my "go to" supplement supplier, I purchased this product. I have not been taking it very long but do feel that I am getting positive results from it. #sweepstakes

After trying several brands of turmeric/curcumin, we found this one to be effective and have been taking it for a few years. I wonder if the pricing would be less if there weren't so MANY publications each year….

This product does thin the blood so care need to be taken when using.

There are several different types of curcumin supplements offered with additives to "enhance" the value of the ingredient. HOWEVER< I prefer a product choice limited to the BEST Curcumin on the market that you recommend not a choice with varying ingredients and price. This provides some confusion over the additives and the nature of how Curcumin works.

The quality control on the manufacturing of this product is not good. Often times when I buy this product, capsules are broken, not completely filled, curcumin powder gets all over your hands and makes a mess. For the amount that is paid for this product, Life Extension should do a much better job of policing it.

This product was too 'hot' for both my husband and myself. Don't know if it was the ginger extract or exactly what but it had a burning effect on both of our stomachs even when taken with some food. We went back to the Super Bio-Curcumin and do well with that one.
