. I had a problem with chalky teeth as if my teeth weren't properly mineralized, but after soaking my mouth in this mineral formula my teeth feel very slick or polished. . I also felt some mild energizing effects from the included anabolic herb, wnged treebine extract, but I only take cap per day, not the intended 10-cap dose and feel no such effects now. . I get my testosterone from ksm-66 ashwagandha extract along with nasal dhea and progesterone and a careful diet.

I used Dr. Strum's formula to help heal a badly broken leg. I broke the ends of both left leg bones and ended up with a plate and nine screws. It especially seemed to help grow bone in the smashed end of the plate side and fill in the spaces between the bones. I had healed enough in four months (instead of six) to be released from my orthopedic surgeon. I did also really push bone healing smoothies to help with the correct nutrition and comfrey leaf tea for bone mending. My uncle used it after knee replacement and my father is using it after a hip replacement. I like that it has the balance of all ingredients needed to build bones. Definitely will recommend to anyone dealing with weak or broken bones.

I guess it is hard to actuallt measure results with this. However, if you don't mind taking 3 capsules, 3 times a day, it seems like the best of the best in maintaining bone health.

I've taken this for several years and I've seen marked improvement in my bones according to my DEXA scans!

My bone density tests have remained the same since I have been taking supplements for my bones. I am 71 years of age.

Almost done with first bottle. After finishing of bottle #2, I will not reorder. Having to take TEN DOSES per day to obtain proper benefits is unreasonably extreme especially when one has other daily supplements to take. It is not worth the benefits when there are other high absorbing quality bone health supplements that are less than a third of dose to take.

I could not take this supplement. It made me sick at my stomach. I called Life Extension and got to talk to a "real" person who suggested Bone Restore with Vitamin K instead which seems much better. Since I had purchased 5 bottles because it was a better price to buy 5 I asked him if I could send back the unopened 4 bottles. He emailed me a paid return slip which I printed and returned the 4 bottles by UPS. Within a week my account was credited.

I really dislike taking capsules! I'm sure this is a good product but I wouldn't have ordered it if I would have realized that I was going to need to be taking 10 a day!!
