A natural way to keep stress at bay

This supplement has helped get me through some very Stressful times in the past 9 months. Watching a friend go through a life threading illness caused by prescribed medications has made me thankful for natural remedies . My stress was causing pressure in my chest along with other aches and pains I normally have. I finally realized this was high stress causing this, this product brought me back to near normal.

I purchased this supplement for myself and my 7 year old son who is ADHD and OCD. For myself, I feel much calmer and I take setbacks and disappointments more in stride. The biggest difference, though, is in my son! Wow! I did not tell him why he was taking this new supplement so that I would know whether his comments were original (not suggested by me.) After a few days, he told me that he was sleeping much better and not waking in the middle of the night anymore. He also is calmer during the day, focuses on his schoolwork better, pays more attention in class, and has an easier time making decisions. This is so much better for him than Ritalin!!!

I started using this product 2 weeks ago, and so far I am using it on an "as needed" basis. I have quite a bit of 'life stress' in my life right now, following a stressful year, and at the times when I feel overwhelmed with everything, and stressed out, I am taking this product. Unfortunately, I'm unable to try this long enough to experience the wanted benefit of reduced stress. Took 1 pill in the morning and another at night for a little over two weeks. The only noticeable side effect I experienced was increased appetite due to the lemon balm extract and t-theanine. It was like my satiety after meals were switched off around the end of week 2. It reminded me of the side effect of the drug that gives you moon face. I'm going to give something else a try. If you want to give this a try, I suggest you start with 1 pill a day or every other day for at least 4 weeks first to test your sensitivity to the star ingredients.

This product, in addition to the other products from this brand, made me sick. It gave me horrible stomach pains. I would never recommend this brand to anyone. They need to check their formulas and test it on many more people before putting anything on the market.
