I usually eat my "big" meal of the day at noon. I attempt to eat as close to the Mediterranean diet as possible. When I eat I chew my food the best I can and don't eat fast. However, I was still having this "bloated feeling"after finishing my meal. I definitely would buy this again. Seems to help & I like the fact that only 1-2 capsules daily are needed. Most other brands say to use much more of their product, so in the long run their products are more expensive.
