Of all the melatonins I've used, with many at 10 mg - 40 mg, these drops at 3mg were a pleasant surprise! They worked. I fell asleep very quickly, stayed asleep and woke very refreshed. The eye dropper is very easy to use and perfect to measure the correct dose, I've finally found a winner!!!

I've taken melatonin gummy‘s, and even a liquid suspension and it does not work as good as this. Hands-down one small dose of this and exactly 30 minutes later you are asleep.
