I always chew one of these after taking my probiotic capsules, about 30 minutes before a meal. Works just fine for me. I only chew one a day. Great taste!

I've tried probiotic %26 they don't work for me, but I was so happy to find this prebiotic without probiotics that DOES work for me %26 it's a reasonable cost.

I have been dealing with a gut issue for over a year and a half, and after reading (in the Life Extension magazine) about the successful research results from the test groups received by using Florassist, I purchased several bottles of Florassist. I have been impressed with my results and improved health and will be reordering shortly.

I'm still evaluating the processes of prebiotics as additional support for probiotics. These large Strawberry chewables enhance the activity of the probiotics as I've read this far. I'm digging a lot deeper as I have been using them in conjunction with the probiotics for a fairly long time. No problems or issues thus far. It provides useful supplementation for the gut and the emtional satisfaction of acquiring equanimity.

Easy to take, good flavor. A lot of the prebiotics I have tried in the past were powders that had to be put in a drink. For some reason I was less likely to get it in consistently when tied to a drink. So this is perfect for me. I will continue taking it.

I have started this product several weeks ago, and I already feel it is making a difference in my gut health. I have combined this with some probiotics for increased activation and immune system response. The first 3 days I had some gut upset, I started right out with the full 2 a day dose and maybe I should have done less. But that cleared up and I feel good. Allergy seem much less and colds don't last a week any more. Great stuff, and it actually taste pretty good, just a slight chalky aftertaste that is gone with a sip of water.

Haven't noticed much difference yet

I've been taking this product once daily for the last two weeks, and looking for signs of improved health, especially in bowel function. I was already healthy in that regard, but I do think that my stools are more well-formed and non-messy. I've had almost no need for toilet paper the last 5 days, which is unusual. I've been looking for more fecal "floating", which I heard was an indication of good Bifido. Though I have not yet seen a clear difference, there is some suggestion of increased floating. Perhaps two weeks is not sufficient time to see a significant difference, but I'm not disappointed thus far. I could imagine that a elderly nursing home patient, for example, or someone with colonic dysfunction, might see more significant improvement.

These may work as expected but I'm giving it 3 stars because they attract moisture that requires them to be extracted from the bottle by knife or to be thrown out as unusable. I keep the bottle tightly closed and add extra silicon packs but to no avail as within a couple of months they become unusable and are thrown out.
