Good product. I use it in combination with Pycnogenol in the mornings with 1 capsule of Omega-3, and 1 tablespoon of raw coconut oil before bed, helped me to low my high cholesterol and high triglycerides levels quickly, besides: a lean, high fiber and low sugar diet, plus regular easy exercise. Without any prescription drug, I don't know how.
I used to take the isotonic OPC from Market America so I know how good it is for me and was glad to find LifeExtension capsule form so it's easier to take and also to travel with! I have already given to my adult kids and motherinlaw along with the 2/day high potency multi which I have been taking for couple years now. Good quality products!
