This is the key for me to obtain great sleep. I take 2 (together with my previous sleep supplements) before bed and after only 2-3 days I now can sleep without excessive waking. It is a night and day difference! This one product makes the difference.

After a minor car accident one afternoon because of drowsiness caused by a melatonin rebound, I tried Herbal Sleep. I was surprised that it worked the first night. I was even more surprised that it worked all but one night for the first month--and that one was for unavoidable stress. So, I put away melatonin (3mg, 5mg, fast dissolve & time-release), 5-HTP, and GABA. But, it's foolish to expect one pill to work perfectly all the time. Like many supplements, the effect wore off after the first month. And I reverted back to the other pills. But they stopped working again pretty quick. Then I made sure there was no late eating or computer, nothing stressful or mental before bedtime, the room was dark, quiet, and ventilated. With everything else equal, I tried only Herbal again and it worked pretty well. But it works best for me if I take Herbal about 45-60 minutes before bed, and if I get up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep, I have at bedside a 3mg or 5mg fast dissolve melatonin lozenge to take. If I know I'm going to have a rough night, I'll add melatonin 5mg time-release just before bed.

I have a high-stress job; on weekdays, I require assistance in getting a good night sleep. When I added this product to my night supplement regimen, it really did help! I would recommend this product if you are looking for a natural way to sleep well.

My sleep is so much better with this product! I took it for about three years and then when I could no longer afford the luxury of my regular LE supplements, I had real problems sleeping. So, I just re-introduced it to my nightly regime: 1 dropper full of LE melatonin and one capsule of Herbal Sleep and I sleep like a baby!

Once again, Life Extension is "ahead of the curve" by bringing to market "Herbal Sleep PM". Some of us with sleep issues also have an aversion to Melatonin. This herbal approach to improving sleep performance has been perfect and I've already urged a friend to try your all-herbal sleep capsules.

I am having trouble getting 8 hours of sleep. I wake up after 5 hours and can't get back to sleep. This gives me an energy crisis the next day. I have used this product for about 2 weeks and have had a few nights of extra sleep. So far it has not been consistent for me. However, given the short time of usage, this product may have better results after a couple of months. Fingers crossed.

Worked well for 2 or 3 nights and then didn't have any effect. I needed to take a break for 2 or 3 nights and then it would work again. Not as effective as I had hoped.

Seems like a good product but wasn't right for me. I have sleep problems and going into menopause. I was hoping to try supplements to help before moving to the heavy stuff. Didn't do the trick for me unfortunately

I've used this for about two weeks. I purchased because it was described as herbal. Unfortunately this did not work for me. I upped it to two pills and it still didn't work.
