I had been taking a competing product that cost much more. Now the other product also had TMG, but TMG is inexpensive and can be purchased separately. And has very high doses of active vitamins that LE indicates is the dosages researched. Even so, I still wish they made it in half-sized capsules. Some people might want to take it in divided doses. Some people might want to take it in conjunction with a general B complex. Some people may simply feel they don't need quite that much. But it is a great value of a potent product.

#sweepstakes I believe this is a good product. But, it ended up being way too much l-methylfolate for me personally. Made me feel really rough. Be careful with the amount of l-methylfolate you take...side affects can be pretty dramatic if you over do it. I'd recommend only taking this much if advised by your doctor. Even then, be careful. Listen to your body, and pay attention to your symptoms.

I gave it a 3 only because the dose seems to be too high for me. Makes me jittery and unsettled. I was hopeful it would help lower my homocysteine level.
