My first choice for Immune building
When Covid 19 appeared, I reached for the best immune assistance I could find. I chose this one. My husband and I have been taking this every day since and we are healthy. After recovering from a serious disease and my doctors recommended I find a product containing mushrooms to assist in my recovery. This fits the bill.

A good basic immunity supplement that has great potential.
Immune focused products are top of mind especially during these past few years. This particular product includes Reishi mushrooms and Cistanche which makes it attractive. However, I believe it should include a couple other herbs/neutraceuticals that could make it a "go to" immunity enhancement supplement. I would certainly make it in capsule form, not in tablet form for several reasons. Dr. John
