I purchased this Vitamin D supplement because I determined (by getting my Vit D levels tested) that I needed to be taking 6,000 IU per day. This is hard to do when most high quality supplements are 5,000 IU. So taking drops is the best method for me. They don't have any flavor and I just take them with water in the morning. I would certainly recommend them for people who also want more flexible dosage amounts.

I saw this product being used on a Siim Land YouTube video which discussed important vitamin supplements for optimum health - he and his collogues were talking about how it is a great quality product and that its designed to be well absorbed by the body whereas that's not always the case with other similar brands. I follow Siim's regime of taking 2 or 3 drops every 2 or 3 days rather than daily. Summertime perhaps less frequently than winter months. I really like this product and have now purchased more bottles to also give to my son and daughter.

I am a firm believer in the liquid vitamin D3 and have been taking it for years. Never want to be without it as I know it works and helps keep me healthy. I started taking it after a test showed my levels to be very low. The next time I was tested my levels were where they should be. I have some to two of my grown children and they are firm believers now also. I put a few drops on my bacon or buttered toast every morning as this vitamin is fat soluble and know i am getting a great benefit from it. Before 2019 I was long been searching for quality supplements, ever since I found Life Extension, it has become my one stop for all my family supplemental needs. This is the first product I purchased from Life Extension. After that I have purchased various products none of them ever disappointed, may be sometimes I found some of them not needed for me. Sometimes it is not single product it is the brand that stands for it's quality.

Much more effective in raising D3 in our blood test than the capsule. The capsule makes our face feel greasy and limits how much we can take. This liquid version does not produce any greasy feeling skin. Seems to last a really long time even with two people taking it everyday. Only thing is I wish it came in a glass bottle not plastic.

In the Pacific NW, I don't always get the sunshine my system longs for, and when I do, I'm usually protected by good sunscreen. This liquid Vitamin D3 makes me feel I got my daily dose of sunshine - and Vitamin D - regardless of the weather. #sweepstakes

Purchased three bottles a month and a half ago. They should each last many months, but two of the bottles broke and spilled within their first month open. The third hasn't been used much yet. I am very gentle with them and it it totally unacceptable for the bottles to be so low quality that I lose my product. I have no complaints about the vitamin itself, but the bottle is so flimsy that it ended up being a complete waste of money. I will not be buying these again and won't recommend others to either.
