Life Extension Lower Back Relief, Chinese chaste tree, ginger extract, for lower back discomfort and occasional stiffness, non-GMO, gluten free, vegetarian, 60 capsules

It took a couple of weeks, but I no longer have discomfort when moving around in bed before getting up. I like the fact that the capsules are very small, also.

This has relieved the aching and tightness in my lower back. I am able to continue increasing weights in my strength classes. Great formula!

Thought l would give this product a try after reading about it and checking out the ingredients. I have had amazing results with relief from daily issues. The relief usually kicks in about 15-20 minutes after I take it...one in the morning and then later in the afternoon...I hope it will continue to be available through Life Extension.

This product has worked great for my low back.

product is not effective as i thought it would be

I don't really know if it would help the back or not. I gave it to my son, and he thought it might be helping, but he said it could be the exorcises the doctor told him to do.

Been taking this as directed, but so far there has been no noticeable relief. While I wasn't expecting a complete elimination of discomfort, I was hoping for like 30-40% relief. I will keep taking until the bottle is gone and hope for the best. I have spinal stenosis.

Have been using daily for a few weeks and unfortunately have noticed no difference with my lower back issues.

Seemed to be a great idea but it has made things worse!

The website's description and bottle label's picture show that the product contains White Willow Bark, which is why I bought it. The bottle that I received only lists one ingredient - 200 mg of Muvz 5 leaf chaste berry tree).
