I am pleased with the results of this product. I have no after effects, no drowsiness or brain fog and it does not cause me to feel sluggish the next morning. I typically only that one about 30 minutes before bedtime along with Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Citrate. Works well together.
My husband loves this kind of Melatonin. It helps him to fall asleep faster since it dissolves fast, its very convenient, no pill to swallow.
The Melatonin has been a long-time addition to my supplements that works well for maintaining my sleep.
I take 2 tablets under the tongue a half hour before I want to go to bed and I fall asleep fast and wake up feeling refreshed. I have used Life Extension products for many years, they are my go to for supplements.
Works well. I take two and believe that it helps me fall asleep.
Good stuff
Melatonin works for me but it's not a "sleeping pill". After a couple of weeks of taking it, sleep comes naturally and quicker.
Not as I expected for sustaining sleep
I take 3mg. at bedtime, I think it helps me sleep better.
I'm not a fan of the lozenges
